Andy Skotnicki, Engility Director of Systems Engineering

Andy Skotnicki serves within Engility’s Technical Solutions Group as a Director of Systems Engineering, providing expertise across the company in areas like technical leadership, architecting, systems engineering, integration, analysis and system-level integration and test. He has worked with customers in the intelligence community, Department of Defense and in semi-commercial domains. He possesses more than 27 years of experience in leading large, complex and multi-disciplined engineering activities as both a Federal Government employee and a contractor. Specifically, he has dealt in Model Based Systems Engineering for 20 years. Andy holds a Master’s of Science degree in systems engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
