IW 2003 Room Reservation Information

The special group room rate of $135 per night (plus applicable tax) single or double occupancy is available until Monday, 6 Jan 2003, or earlier if the group block is filled. To reserve your guest room at the hotel you may:

2. On-line through the hotel web site. To make your reservation, go to "Check Rates and Availability" and enter the Group Code: incinca, to receive the special group rate; or

3. Phone the hotel directly at +1 813-879-5151.

A limited number of guest rooms are available at the prevailing government rate, if requested at the time you make your reservation. To reserve a guest room at the government rate, you must phone the hotel directly at +1 813-879-5151 and ask for the INCOSE Sub block (government rate). Appropriate documentation will be required upon check-in.
