Cancelation policy

In the event you will be unable to attend the Workshop after you have registered, you must provide written notice of cancelation to registration@incose.org by Monday, January 9, 2017. All cancelations received by Monday, January 9, 2017 will be subject to a $50 cancelation fee for INCOSE Members and $195 for Non-Members.

There will be no refunds for cancelations and modifications received after Monday, January 9, 2017.

Substitutions are allowed at no extra fee if the substitute is an INCOSE member, but will require an additional charge if he/she is not. Please send an email to registration@incose.org with the name and e-mail address of the substitute. A new invitation will be sent.
