INCOSE Technical Products are technical information developed within INCOSE, which must be processed in accordance with the Technical Product Review and Approval Process. In order to be distinguished as an official INCOSE Technical Product, the product must have been reviewed and approved by the INCOSE Technical Board. Some INCOSE Technical Products are offered for sale to the general public, and to members at a discounted price.

Technical Products are independent of delivery media, e.g., they may be web enabled. INCOSE Technical Products are formally approved information, including:

• Technical Publications such as Handbooks and Guidebooks, providing formal INCOSE technical information relative to topics within Systems Engineering, and providing task guidance, advanced methods, guidance, lessons learned, cookbook techniques, criteria, etc.
• Primers providing formal INCOSE introductory technical information that explain the basic language and approaches of a Systems Engineering topic
• Database Products providing formal INCOSE-derived technical information, usually capturing data on a variety of topics that can be best presented in data base form.
