Election to the position of INCOSE President, the organization's premiere leadership role, demonstrates the high regard in which the individual is held by the membership. It originally represented a three year commitment and now requires four years ? two years as Vice President, two years as President ? as well as the significant volunteer activity in a variety of positions preceding election to President.
