INCOSE is managed by a Board of Directors in accordance with its bylaws. The Board of Directors of INCOSE consists of officers, and both at-large and appointed director positions. The officer positions are:
- President
- President-Elect
- Secretary
- Treasurer
Currently four at-large directors fill positions for:
- International Growth
- Strategic Planning
- Strategic Presence
- Communications
The Member Board Chair and Co-Chair and Corporate Advisory Board Chair are also members of the Board of Directors.
Administrative Committees
The Officers and Directors are supported by a number of standing administrative committees.
The Communications Committee ensures effective communications, marketing, and public relations for INCOSE. The Committee produces electronic news and INCOSE's periodicals (INSIGHT and Systems Engineering Journal), maintains the INCOSE public and collaborative websites, supports other INCOSE communication activities, and coordinates the release of publications generated by technical committees.
The Events Committee establishs procedures that will provide continuity from one annual symposium to the next. They work closely with each symposium host committee.
The Ways & Means Committee , along with the Membership and Board of Directors Planning & Budgeting Committees, focuses on administrative activities including policy, growth, and budget. |
