Chesapeake Chapter Annual Strategic and Operational Plan Vote

The INCOSE Chesapeake Chapter Constitution and Bylaws specify that the annual CC Strategic Plan be approved by a majority of the membership voting. This Strategic Plan is the used to guide the development of the CC Operations Plan which is developed by the BOD and used to guide our activities during the year.
