How to Become an Exhibitor, Sponsor, or Supporter

If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor, sponsor, or supporter of this INCOSE Region IV Autumn Conference, there are several option to choose from.

Options:

· Gold Sponsor/Exhibitor: $2500: Large Booth space approximately 8’x10’, or 6’x12’.Also includes a one-hour track session presentation in the Systems Engineering track. (Only four available!) Also includes three complementary registrations to the Conference (Sunday dinner not included)

· Silver Sponsor/Exhibitor: $1500: Small Booth space approximately 6’x8’. Also includes two complementary registrations to the Conference (Sunday dinner not included)

· Bronze Sponsor/Exhibitor: $1000: Exhibit table 6’x2’. Also includes one complementary registration to the Conference (Sunday dinner not included)

· Keynote Presentation Sponsor ($5000): Dr. Harrison Schmitt, former U.S. Senator and NASA Astronaut

· Conference Luncheon Sponsor ($4000): Dr. Richard Grzybowski will discuss INCOSE Vision 2020 and Model Based Systems Engineering

· Conference Sunday Dinner Sponsor ($3000): Speaker is Dr. John Schneider, from AEP, who will discuss Future “SmartGrid” Energy

· Conference Supporter ($500): Your company-provided banner will be displayed throughout the Conference.

Your organization will also receive:

· Recognition in promotional materials and subsequent articles (description in attendee booklet, etc.).

· Early registration rate extended to members of your organization, regardless of registration date

· Opportunity to include your organization’s promotional literature in the conference bag.
