As a member of the INCOSE Corporate Advisory Board (CAB), John Nallon will
review the top directives of the CAB for INCOSE, which include the INCOSE
Systems Engineering Body of Knowledge, Technical Vision of Systems Engineering,
and SE Certification.
Mr. Nallon is the Director of Systems Engineering Services for the UGS PLM
Solutions Business Unit at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Plano, Texas.
John has been an INCOSE member since 1991, has served numerous officer positions
in the North Texas Chapter, including most recently Director. He is a co-chairman
of the INCOSE Tools Integration and Interoperability Working Group, part
of the Modeling and Tools Technical Committee. John also represents EDS on
the INCOSE Corporate Advisory Board.

William J. Hughes Technical Center .
Ken Kepchar, the Chief System Engineer of the FAA William J. Hughes Technical
Center is on the graybeard council for the INCOSE Handbook V3 as well as
one of the leads of the Certification Advisory Council. In his role on the
Certification Advisory Council, he recently presented the status of SE
Certification project to the INCOSE Board of Directors as well as what is
being proposed a criteria for certification.
