Table of Certification Fees

Corporate Advisory Board Organization Discounts
In appreciation of the support by the Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) organizations to INCOSE, the INCOSE Certification Office is offering CAB organization employees the discounted INCOSE member rate, even if they are not INCOSE members. CAB organization employees can indicate their affiliation on the certification application and renewal forms.

Group Payment
The INCOSE Certification Office accepts advance payment from companies to cover the certification application costs for groups of employees named with the payment. The named employees have one year from the time of the group payment to complete their individual certification that includes submitting the application form and scheduling and passing an exam. Group payments do not include fees for scheduling certification exams that must be paid by the employees to the test organization when scheduling the exam to reserve a test seat on the scheduled date. A company may substitute one employee for another employee listed in the group package who has not submitted an application for certification. The company must notify the INCOSE Certification Office in writing of a substitution, and the one-year time limit from the time of the group payment still applies. Any portion of the group payment that is unused one year after the payment will be forfeit.

Special Note on CSEP Renewal Fee Increase
Note that the CSEP member and non-member renewals will increase on 1 January 2009. In consideration for this increase, INCOSE will allow all CSEPs certified prior to 1 July 2008 to renew early (prior to 31 December 2008) at the current fee, provided they can accumulate the required 120 PDUs.
