About UsInternational Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) is an international organization formed to develop, nurture, and enhance the interdisciplinary approach and means to enable the realization of successful systems. The Heartland Chapter Established 1997, Cedar Rapids, IA is a geographical Section of the International Council on Systems Engineering covering Iowa, Nebraska, and the larger Chicago Area. Our chapter has over 60 members from numerous area companies and at large. Mission StatementINCOSE Heartland Chapter Mission is to foster the definition, understanding, and practice of world class systems engineering in industry, academia, and government.
