This presentation (402 KB) and handout (57 KB) introduces the Plus Chart Process as a useful tool in information organization and tracking of a systems operation and performance from the Points-Of-View of Business, Systems Engineering, and Quality Control.  The Plus Chart Process is a methodology that enables a user to organize vast amounts of information about any sequential process.
