This presentation provides examples of system developments, the good – and what was right, the bad – what was wrong, and the really ugly –  and how that happened.  She is new to Rockwell Collins having spent 25+ years at Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer for a Communications Satellite program, and as the Systems Engineering Manager for Ground-based Radar programs and the Advanced Hawkeye Airborne Radar program.
