Highlights of the conference included a keynote address, "Systems Leverage of Knowledge Management" by Jerome (Jerry) J. Gaspar, Senior Vice President, Engineering and Technology and an evening banquet featuring a presentation by Mr. Rod Blocksome and Mr. Tom Vinson, "The Search for Earharts' Plane."

A number of tutorials (such as JTRS, MSF, Target Costing and others) and breakout sessions also were conducted.
