Presenter Guidelines

If you submitted an abstract and were notified of acceptance, please RSVP to Figen Baysal by September 5th and send Figen your final slides (in MS PowerPoint format) by October 5th. Your RSVP will serve as your registration for the conference. As a speaker, your conference fee will be waived.

Please plan to present for 45 minutes (or less) and allow 15 minutes for questions. If you have a paper, we will accept it, but it is not required for this conference.
