Dr. Bob Lord will speak on the "Lead Systems Integrator" approach to executing large, complex acquisition programs. Audience participation will be a hallmark of his presentation, as he explores how to cope with vague customer requirements and other challenging topics.
Bob Lord is a Senior Systems Engineer with The Boeing Company. Prior to joining Boeing earlier this year, he was a Senior Systems Engineer with SAIC. As a Senior Systems Engineer, he has worked on several large System-of-Systems programs with NASA, Department of the Army, and Department of Homeland Security. As a part time instructor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), he has taught at the graduate level in Systems Engineering.
Bob is a graduate of UAH in Huntsville, AL, George Washington University, Washington D.C., and the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA.
