INCOSE International Workshop 2004

This annual meeting is dedicated to the activities of the technical working groups, the administrative committees, the Board of Directors, and the Corporate Advisory Board. Working groups and Committees will conclude their activities for 2003, define new goals, and plan their tasks for 2004. It is also an opportunity for committee members to interact face-to-face. The Board of Directors and Officers will review the status of the organization, and establish policy and direction for the coming year.

Portland enjoys a moderately moist climate with an average temperature range in January of 46 degrees high/34 degrees low (Fahrenheit).
