Introduction

The organizing committee of APCOSE 2008 is pleased to announce that the Asia-Pacific Conference on Systems Engineering (APCOSE 2008) will be held in September 22-23, 2008 at Yokohama Hiyoshi Campus of Keio University in Japan(Map). This is one of the events sponsored by the Region VI of The International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE - http://www.incose.org) following the first APSEC 2007 in Singapore (to the name was changed to APCOSE), and the very first conference by INCOSE Japan Chapter (IJC -http://www.incose.org/japan/) after it was approved by the INCOSE as the 49th official chapter in March of 2007. The suggested keywords are given below and relevant researchers/engineers are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to make a presentation of their work and interact with other scientists and engineers in the field.
