2004 INCOSE Elections

The Nominations and Elections Committee is pleased to present the 2004 slate of candidates for elected offices on the Board of Directors and the Member Board. Thanks to those who have agreed to run for office, and to the many persons who have considered holding office in INCOSE.

The official ballots will be mailed from the Central Office on October 1. Please review the candidate biographies and visions for your region. Be sure to cast your ballot early to ensure it is received in the INCOSE Central Office in Seattle , Washington, USA , no later than November 29. Please note that your region is officially determined by the headquarters of your chapter (not by your personal location), except for those members not affiliated with a chapter.

In addition to selecting candidates for terms of office beginning at the 2005 International Workshop, your ballot includes a proposed amendment to the INCOSE Bylaws concerning the Technical Board (TB) Chair. The TB Chair is a member of the INCOSE Board of Directors, but has not been a voting member. The Board of Directors requests that you approve this change granting the TB Chair the right to vote with elected Board members.
