Topic: Dual Vee Model
Abstract:
The Dual Vee Model introduced in the third edition of Visualizing Project
Management (just released) is an enhancement of the Vee Model to accurately
communicate concurrent architecture development and the development of the
architecture's entities an important correlation that Waterfall and the
Spiral Models are not able to convey. NSA was introduced to the Dual Vee in
August and we have been informed that they have adopted it as their reference
standard.
