Topic: Systems Engineering Disasters
Abstract:
This presentation and discussion will focus on systems engineering disasters.
The presenters will discuss various disasters in history preventable with
thorough systems engineer. This discussion will draw from audience experience
more so than the presenters'. The audience will be asked to draw from their
background and discuss the case study at hand. Many of the case studies are
well known allowing for this to be a great opportunity to brush up on good
systems engineering practices. This will be an interactive, fun, and informal
presentation.
Bio:
Due to the nature of this presentation, YOUR biography is part of the
biographical sketch. We will draw from your experience and background.
Together, we will have 10+ people in the audience, over 200 years of systems
engineering experience, and simply, a great end of the year discussion.
