From the main campus entrance on El Camino Real in Santa Clara, CA, stop at the visitors entrance booth and ask for a "Visitors" parking permit.
Say you are here for a meeting and that you are an invited guest of the Dean of Engineering. Park in the parking garage in the visitor's parking spaces or in any other available "Visitors" parking space.
Go to Engineering Room 326. Walk to the large three-story building that runs parallel to the parking structure. This is the Bannan School of Engineering Building. Room 326 is on the third floor on the Southwest side of the building. The Bannan Quad and front entrance is on the side facing West. If you have any questions, you may contact Campus Security at 408-554-4441.

The July 10, 2007 INCOSE meeting will have a slightly different meeting agenda.
The 2007 INCOSE International Symposium took place June 24 - 28, 2007. For our INCOSE members who were not able to travel to San Diego, Dorothy McKinney and Dana Anderson will be providing an out brief of what went on and what they saw.
The next order of business is our election of officers for the 2007 – 2008 term. We need volunteers willing to serve in positions of leadership within our chapter. The Treasurer has agreed (self-nominated) to continue for another term. Positions available include:
1. President: Overall lead of our SF Bay Area INCOSE chapter. Responsible for maintaining communication with our members, stirring up interest in the community, presenting and publicizing the INCOSE organization, obtaining speakers for monthly meetings, steering the SF Bay INCOSE chapter, and helping out elsewhere as needed.
2. President-Elect: Acts as the President in the President’s absence. Assumes position of President next year.
3. Secretary & Communications Chair: Maintains communication with INCOSE headquarters, updates SF Bay Area INCOSE Chapter members at monthly meetings of things taking place at headquarters, maintains communication with SF Bay Area members, publishes meeting notices, and helps out the our SF Bay Area INCOSE chapter elsewhere as needed.
4. Treasurer: Maintains the finances of our SF Bay INCOSE chapter account, provides reimbursement where necessary, maintains communication with the financial office at headquarters, and assists our SF Bay Area INCOSE chapter elsewhere as needed.
If you are interested in any of the positions listed, please e-mail Danny Hahn at danny.hahn@gd-ais.com with a note regarding the position you would like to apply for and why you would like to be elected for that position. We will collect nominations until 07/09/2007 at 5pm, advertise the candidates, conduct the election via e-mail, and announce the elections results at our August 14, 2007 meeting.
