I hope that everyone had a great Christmas break.
Please pass this information on to the members of your chapter.

To the INCOSE membership,

Region V is hosting a Spring Conference in Suffolk, VA in April, 2009.  A revised call for papers is attached.  We have extended the paper date to January 15th.  There are still plenty of spaces available for a submitted paper.  The theme of the conference is Systems Engineering -- Affordable Success.  The main focus topics include SE Leadership, Green Solutions, and Complexity, Cost, Schedule and Performance.  We are willing to entertain other topics of general interest to System Engineers.  If any of your members have interest in these areas or related topics we encourage you to have them contact us.
