Welcome to SFBAC INCOSE
The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the International Council on
Systems Engineering is comprised of individuals who are focused on
defining customer needs and required functionality early in the
development cycle, documenting requirements, and then proceeding with
design synthesis and system validation. This is executed while considering
the complete problem: operations, performance, test, manufacturing, cost &
schedule, training & support, and disposal.
MISSION STATEMENT:
The INCOSE mission is to foster the definition, understanding, and practice of world class systems engineering in industry, academia, and government.
The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of INCOSE has a general
membership of approximately 140 individuals from throughout the
Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area, with an average monthly
meeting attendance of about 10 to 15. INCOSE meetings are held at Santa Clara University from 5:30
P.M. to 8:00 P.M. the second Tuesday of every month. Each meeting
addresses a specific topic. Details on the meeting topic as well as
logistical information are mailed electronically and posted to the
events calendar at least one week prior to the meeting.
