Dave Mason has 27 years experience in the Aerospace Industry specializing in the assembly, integration, and testing of flight hardware. He has been a member of INCOSE since 1998 and was the Chapter President in 2009. He is currently employeed at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, Global Communications Systems Line of Business as the point of contact for the department leading process evaluation and change.

He was previously the Lead Engineer in the Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) for product design, build, and verification processes spanning the product through development life cycle from concept of operations through payload delivery to the customer. This position included converting concept of operations into detailed requirements and leading the development of test facilities (clean rooms and assorted space environmental chambers) to simulate space operating environments required for payload verification testing.

Dave served 10 years in the United States Army, 11th Signal Brigade, with assignments in Okinawa, Taiwan, and Italy. He has also served as a remote communication's site Commander.

Dave is a Certified System Engineering Professional (CSEP), a Certified Manager: Management Association, a Certified Product Engineer: Lockheed Martin, and a Certified Cost Account Manager: Lockheed Martin. He has Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) specializing in Production and Operations Management, and a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) majoring in Quantitative Business Analysis.
