Louis Chen is the President Elect of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of INCOSE. He is currently employed by BAE Systems- U.S. Combat Systems as a Systems Engineer and has been an INCOSE member since 2008.
His work at BAE Systems previously involved the 688 and 688I Fast Attach Submarine, Towed Array Technologies. He is currently working on the Bradley A3 Fighting Vehicles on production related improvements.
Louis holds two Bachelors Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University (June 2010). He is also an active member of IEEE and has held board positions for various local chapters.
