The conference will focus on the means to create and maintain the Battlespace environment that will enable systems engineers and other stakeholders to comprehensively understand capabilities based requirements and effectively communicate them to design engineers. As systems complexity has increased over the last two decades, it is now more challenging to fully comprehend the requirements of these systems, and more difficult to translate that comprehension into terms and artifacts that designers and implementers can quickly grasp and effectively use.
