Location: The Academic Forum is NOT held in the same location as the Symposium but is some 15 mins away by car.

Arrival Time: Delegates should arrive at the venue by 0845h on Monday 2 July. The Welcome Address commences at 0900h sharp. Refreshments start at 0800h.

Free Bus: A complimentary bus is provided to take people from the Carlton Crest conference hotel to the venue, and back again after the Forum ends.

Notices that give the departure time and place for the bus will displayed in the Conference Registration area of the Conference hotel from Sunday morning onward.

Anyone experiencing difficulties in getting to the venue after arrival in Melbourne should telephone the Conference Office desk at the Carlton Crest.

Registration: It is not necessary to complete registration at the Conference Registration Centre before attending the Academic Forum but it is advisable to do so if convenient.

Lunch: Attendance will require payment of the registration fee. Lunch and refreshments are included in that fee.

Parking: This is a busy city street location. There is only limited 'on street' parking around the venue area. It can take time to find a parking spot, or locate coins etc. Parking stations are also available nearby.
