Dear Exhibitor,

On behalf of the INCOSE 2002 Committee, I invite you to participate as an Exhibitor for our Symposium next summer in Las Vegas, Nevada. The attached " Call for Exhibitors" explains the theme and threads of the meeting so you can see how your exhibit may fit in.

If you are not familiar with us, the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) was formed to foster the definition, understanding, and practice of World Class Systems Engineering. INCOSE brings together systems engineering professionals from industry, academia and government to disseminate systems engineering knowledge, promote collaboration in education and research, establish standards, and enhance professional status of systems engineering practitioners.

The Symposium in Las Vegas is our Twelfth Annual International Symposium. It will be held at The Riviera Hotel and Casino, on the Las Vegas Strip. Based on the attendance at our previous meetings, we anticipate in excess of 800 participants from around the world. The large, well-lighted display area is located adjacent to the main meeting rooms so your exhibit will have excellent exposure throughout the event. In addition, lunches will be served in the Exhibit Hall.

Formal applications for exhibit space will be accepted by email or fax beginning 7 January 2002 . The policy is first-come, first-served and we will do our best to accommodate your choice in booth location.

A copy of the basic floor plan is also attached so you can begin to plan a suitable location so you can select your preferred locations. The final attachment is the application form, which lists the basic fees and arrangements. Following receipt of your application, you will be mailed full instructions from GES Exposition Services in May, our exhibit support company. Payment in full is due 30 days following receipt of your Application or 15 March 2002, whichever occurs first.

If you would like information about our Symposium Sponsor Program, please contact Kevin Harbert at (702) 295-5463 or email him at Kevin_Harbert@ymp.gov. The Sponsor Program provides an excellent opportunity for your company to gain visibility and at the same time support INCOSE. However, the Sponsor and Exhibit Programs are separate. If you only wish to consider one, we suggest looking at the Sponsor Program first.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,
Thomas S. Kudlick
