Preliminary Schedule for INCOSE Symposium 2002 Business and Committee Meetings( 6/17/02)

INCOSE Committee and Board Chairs
and Working/Interest Group Leaders

If your Board, Committee or Working/Interest Group is planning to meet during INCOSE 2002 in Las Vegas, NV, please complete the Meeting Space Request Form and return it no later than Wednesday, June 26, 2002 to reserve a meeting room. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-requested, first allocated basis.

The best availability for meeting space is Sunday, July 28th all day, and Wednesday, July 31st from 1315-1435.
The Wednesday early afternoon time slot has been
set aside for Working Group meetings; there will be
no other Symposium activities scheduled during
that time.

If you want to recruit new Working/Interest Group members at the Symposium and get them involved in your Working Group activities, we strongly suggest that you:

a.	Sign up for meeting space during the Wednesday early afternoon time slot; and
b.	Coordinate with Bill Mackey, wmackey@csc.com, to be sure that during the Tech Board Open House time on Tuesday, July 30th from 1045 to 1135 an announcement is made regarding what your Working Group will be doing during your meeting on Wednesday, 31 July; and
c.	Prepare a brief written "invitation" for new Working Group members to join your group session on 31 July. We will include these notices of invitation in the Symposium delegates' information packets.
