Registration Instructions for Yucca Mountain Project (YMP) and Nellis Air Force Base Tours

Due to the nature of these unique sites and their proximity to other government activities there are restrictions on visitors. Minimum age is 14 for YMP and 18 for Nellis. For national security reasons, all tour participants must apply for and be granted access permission. The information required for access permission in time for processing must be submitted to PCMI per the chart below.

U.S. citizens must FAX or email completed the form(s) for
YMP(US) and/or Nellis AFB(US) to PCMI at +1 858 565 9954 or incose@pcmisandiego.com in time for processing by the date indicated.

Non-U.S. citizens
• Yucca Mountain Project (YMP) tour - FAX completed form YMP(nonUS) and a copy of the photo identification page of your passport to PCMI at +1 858 565 9954 or incose@pcmisandiego.com by the date indicated above.
• Nellis AFB tour - To participate, non-U.S. citizens must be cleared through the U.S. State Department. Request to participate must be initiated through the embassy of requestor's country, for processing by the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Secretary of the Air Force and U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command. Because of the time required for this processing, request should be made as soon as possible. The information typically required is indicated by the YMP(nonUS).

Fees for the Yucca Mountain Project and Nellis Air Force Base tours are to be paid with your INCOSE 2002 registration whether you register for the Symposium by the time you submit your access information or later. However, if the required access permission information is not submitted by the date indicated above, you may not register for these tours.

On the day of the tour: You MUST bring photo identification. This includes your passport, alien registration card and/or driver's license. No cameras or recording equipment are permitted on either site.

The Yucca Mountain Project and Nellis AFB tours are subject to cancellation if a sufficient number of participants have not submitted access permission information by the submittal deadline.
