Hotel Information and Reservations

The Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Crystal City, Virginia is the headquarters for the 13th Annual International Symposium, INCOSE 2003 Symposium. Located adjacent to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, the Hyatt Regency Crystal City is just minutes from historic Alexandria, picturesque Georgetown, and the many monuments, museums and sites of downtown Washington, D.C. The hotel is convenient to the Washington Metro rapid transit and directly accessible to I-395 and other major thoroughfares. The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, one of the Washington area's premier shopping malls, is just one Metro stop away. The Hyatt provides complimentary shuttle service to/from National Airport as well as the Crystal City Metro stop.

Hyatt guest rooms include telephones with voice mail and data ports, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and coffee maker. The hotel features an outdoor pool, a sundeck and whirlpool as well as a health club offering a range of exercise equipment including free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, rowing machine and stair climbers.

Two on site restaurants offer the options of casual dining in Cinnabar, or a panoramic view of Washington, D.C. from the Chesapeake Grill, an outstanding restaurant featuring continental cuisine every evening at 5:30 pm. Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms at discounted rates has been reserved for delegates who identify themselves as INCOSE Symposium participants. Delegates are encouraged to make their own hotel reservations early, directly with the hotel, to guarantee their confirmed accommodations at the group rate. Preferred room types may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Discounted rates apply until the reservation deadline of 5 June 2003 or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first. After 5 June, guest rooms and discounted group rates might not be available. We encourage you to confirm your reservations early and in writing to avoid any confusion. A credit card number or check made payable to Hyatt Regency Crystal City will be required to guarantee your reservation. Please inquire with the hotel regarding cancellation policies, early departure fees, check-in and checkout times, parking fees, airport shuttles, etc.

Please note: A very limited number of guest rooms will be available at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City for the Fourth of July holiday weekend. If you are planning to stay through the holiday to enjoy all of the local festivities, we encourage you to confirm your hotel reservation early!
