If you are planning to arrive early or extend your stay beyond the end of the conference, please be advised that availability of rooms at the Hyatt and the Crowne Plaza may be sold out on the early arrival/late departure dates.

If you are unable to confirm a reservation over the early or later dates, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Strathallan Hotel, located approximately 1.5 miles, or a 5 minute drive from the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, the site of the conference, for the dates that are sold out at the Hyatt and Crowne Plaza.  

Please contact the Strathallan Hotel directly, and be sure to mention the INCOSE Symposium to qualify for the group rates of $124/$134.

We have also reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn at the Airport, located approximately 10 minutes driving distance from the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, the site of the conference.  Please contact the Holiday Inn at the Airport directly, and be sure to mention the INCOSE Symposium to qualify for the group rates of $99 plus tax.

When reserving through the Holiday Inn's website, click on “Book It’ and follow the prompts.  The 3 letter code INC should be typed in the Group Booking code space. 

We encourage you to book your reservation early to be assured of a room.  We also recommend that you stay at the Hyatt or Crowne Plaza over the dates of the conference because of their close proximity to the Convention Center, the site of the conference, and the departure point for all off-site activities.  Your reservation at the Hyatt and the Crown Plaza Hotels also helps INCOSE meet its contractual obligations with these two hotels.
