"Systems Engineering: Bridging Industry,
Government, and Academia" provides the theme for authors
to address the wider scope of Systems Engineering and it's
applications in the rapid turnaround, performance driven
commercial world, as well as in academia and the traditional
government contract business. All types of papers will be
considered, including case studies, developmental work and
technical analysis. Papers will be judged on a range of
parameters including clarity of expression, effective communication
of ideas, and technical content. Papers must be submitted
in English, the official language of the INCOSE 2005 Symposium.

The INCOSE Draft Paper Template should be used to prepare a close to final draft papers of between 4 and 8 pages (including graphics). The Draft Paper and completed Submission Form shall be submitted in electronic form, via e-mail, or disk. For format and address details can be found on the INCOSE 2005 website: http://www.incose.org/symp2005 for further details. The Technical chair or representative may contact successful authors with further comments, intended to fit them with the other successful papers into the developing session and track themes. Joint authors must nominate a single point of contact. Papers will be published in the CD Proceedings of the Symposium.
