Cognition Cockpit software enables your systems engineering driven product development process. The Cockpit is a commercial, off the shelf, web 2.0 app that imports the steps of your systems engineering process to guide users through the process. Key areas include: Voice Management, Requirements Management, Risk & Opportunity Management, FMEA, Critical Parameter Management / DFSS, V&V, Test Protocols and Plans, and Cost Management. Cockpit provides out of the box functionality for all these processes in a single tool. “Must have” deliverables for compliance such as product requirements and specification documents, V&V plans, and trace matrices are automatically generated on the fly and on the web. Cockpit also provides the powerful feature of numerical requirements definition including analytical transfer functions to predict requirement behavior. The web interface and online tutorials make Cockpit a tool that even casual users will enjoy.
