Welcome by John Thomas

Dear Colleagues,

The 23rd Annual INCOSE International Symposium returns to the USA to Philadelphia this June, from 24-27. I hope to see you there.

We look forward to attracting participants from our global community and anticipate record breaking attendance which will create additional networking and learning opportunities throughout the week.

We are looking for examples of the diversity of SE applications, experiences from real systems engineers, and research reports from our academic community.

We also hope to capitalize on our proximity to the PMI national headquarters to further strengthen our cooperative efforts.

I look forward to welcoming you to one of the oldest American cities in June – please join me!
