On June 5th, 8 AM GMT-5, available seats for the weekend tutorials, including the 2-day CSEP tutorial, will be released without requiring a reciprocal symposium registration. A separate registration routine will be opened for this on the symposium registration web page. Registrations will be dealt with on a first come first served basis subject to availability of seats and a non-refundable payment of the tutorial fees (substitutions will be allowed if requested prior to 20th June).

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Symposium Registration
Includes all Technical Sessions, Admission to Exhibits, USB Proceedings, Conference bag, Symposium lunches & breaks, Receptions, Banquet (Students do NOT receive Banquet). Tutorials are NOT included.

Day Registration
Includes Technical Sessions, Lunches & Breaks, Admission to Exhibits for the Selected Day(s), USB Proceedings, Conference bag. Tickets are available for purchase for Tutorials, Receptions and Banquet, which are NOT included.

Guest Registration
Persons attending the symposium with a Guest should remember to register for Guest Lunch if they will join the lunches, and for any other social event individually - this helps us plan the food and beverage, and on-site sales will be limited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A written request for cancellation must be received by 31 May 2013 (E-mail: Symposium_registration@incose.org).

  • Members, Recent Members, will receive a refund less a 75 USD processing fee. Payments of any INCOSE membership renewal fees will not be refunded.
  • Non-members will receive a refund less a 210 USD processing fee.
  • Student Non-members will receive a refund less a 110 USD processing fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 31 May 2013 or in the case of registrant no-shows. Substitutions are allowed for no extra fee if the substitute is an INCOSE member, but will require an additional charge if he/she is not (please send an e-mail to Symposium_registration@incose.org to request for the substitution).
