INCOSE in collaboration with UHCL is proud to announce a talk on the Systems Engineering Program, the System Engineering Certificate and the Engineering Management programs at UHCL.

Speaker:  Jim Helm, Ph.D., P.E.

James C. Helm received the Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Missouri Valley College, the Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Missouri at Rolla, and the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research from Texas A&M University.  He is presently the Chair of the Engineering Program.  Prior to this he was Chair of Systems Engineering and Assistant Professor of Software Engineering in the School of Science and Computer Engineering at the University of Houston Clear Lake.  Jim was an Adjunct faculty member at the University of Houston Clear Lake for twenty-three years teaching computer science courses.  He has had thirty years of industrial experience with NASA contractor in the Clear Lake area.
