Randy Lovell

Biography

 

Randy Lovell is an accomplished Aerospace Executive with 25 years experience in Management, Systems Engineering, Business Development, Marketing and Sales, Contract Capture and Operations.  He currently works on the Jacobs Engineering & Science Contract (ESC) and is the lead Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) Engineer for the Constellation Program’s Docking Systems.  He holds a Masters of Systems Engineering from University of Houston Clear Lake.

 

As a private business owner and entrepreneur, Randy teaches Leadership seminars across the country through a network of other entrepreneurs. Randy has Leadership Expertise that can be applied to multiple technical disciplines across industry lines.  He has recently served as President of South Western Aerospace Professional Representative Organization (SWAPRA) and President of Space Authority of Texas.  He is a member of AIAA and AAS as well as INCOSE.  He has an demonstrated ability to build teams, integrate and lead cross-functional panels.

 

Randy Lovell’s Vision for the TCGG INCOSE Chapter

  • Increase value to membership by providing increased SE information available on the website and in the meetings with significant speakers
  • Increase active membership providing a team network environment
  • Develop an SE mentoring program where existing Leaders can share their knowledge base providing an ongoing Leadership development environment.
  • Initiate and develop relationships with other professional organizations providing larger venues for increased exposure and additional shared knowledge.
  • Provide a entertaining environment for the members (let’s have some fun!)
