Matt Rosenthal

 

Biography
Matt Rosenthal is an experienced Aerospace Systems Engineer with over 12 years of professional experience. He is an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton and is part of the Analysis, Trades and Architecture Team for NASA’s Constellation Program.  In this capacity, he is one of the principal authors of the Constellation Architecture Description Document, capturing the Program wide technical baseline.  Prior to joining Booz Allen, Matt was a Senior Systems Engineer at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory where he performed systems engineering and project management for a variety of Navy Tactical Aviation programs.  Matt holds a Masters of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.  Matt is an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).

 

Matt Rosenthal’s Vision for the TGCC INCOSE Chapter

  • Foster discussion on innovative systems engineering processes and practices
  • Encourage TGCC membership throughout the area by proactively advertising Chapter events and establishing a presence at local engineering career fairs
  • Attract leaders in industry to address the TGCC Chapter on proven SE methodologies
  • Responsibly allocate chapter funds to activities that provide value to the membership and promote the systems engineering profession.
