Mr. Shayne Baker is a full-time college student at University of Houston, pursuing a degree in the IT field.

Vision for the Chapter:

As a student INCOSE member and future TGCC secretary, my goal is to add value to the TGCC, INCOSE, and our members.

I look forward to working with the INCOSE TGCC and its members.
