The Tri-Cities Chapter of INCOSE, the International Council of Systems Engineering, is located in Southeastern Washington.  The Tri-Cities include the communities of Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco.  This chapter received its charter in 1994.  The chapter focus is the application of the systems engineering process to the Department of Energy's Hanford site.
