About the Presentation:
There is a strong push for Diversity and Equality in the corporate workplace lately. How does this affect the engineering world, the engineering leaders and managers, and the projects we work on with these varying groups? What does it mean to us? Mr. Hardy will discuss his insights to provoke thought and discussion on the dynamics of introduced differences in culture, experience, and background in the engineering field, and how we may find ourselves more interested in the value than we think.
About the Speaker:
Mr. Hardy is a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems Sector in Melbourne, Florida where his work currently is focused on Model Based Engineering tooling and development. Mr. Hardy has been associated with the development of software intensive systems for over 25 years. He has been involved primarily in Software development for military systems. After his service in the Air force where Mr. Hardy worked as a Communications Computer Systems Operator, he has continued to work in the Brevard area working on various projects and programs involving Modeling and Simulation, System of Systems integrations, and Enterprise Application development.
