Speaker: Ahmed Abdelkhalek
Ahmed Abdelkhalek is a software and systems engineer. Ahmed graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a BSc in Computer Science, focused on networking technologies. Ahmed has designed and implemented systems and software in diverse industries, including Robotics, Telecommunications, Defense, Transportation and Data Warehousing. Ahmed has designed solutions for some very demanding customers and challenging environments including the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the US Marine Corps. He is a member of ACM, IEEE, MTS and serves on board of the INCOSE Space Coast Chapter. Ahmed is the Chairman and Principal Engineer of the Cura Oceanus Foundation, a robotics and automation non-profit company whose vision is to use technology to make the world a better place.
