(1) Active INCOSE membership will be verified.

(3) Associate Member: associate membership does not allow registration as INCOSE member. (4) Non-member students pay non-member rates.
(5) The SE Bootcamp may be taken without full conference attendance.  This class has a minimum number of 8 attendees requirement.  If that number is not met by Aug 15 the tutorial will be cancelled and your money will be reimbursed in full with no processing fee. Click here for more info about the Bootcamp.
(6) Attendance at the conference after the bootcamp is available. 
(7) This tutorial occurs during the conference and includes full conference registration benefits. This class has a minimum number of 10 attendees requirement.  If that number is not met by Aug 15 the tutorial will be cancelled and your money will be reimbursed in full with no processing fee.  More information is available about this class at this link:  CSEP Prep Class Information

Includes all Technical Sessions, both half-day tutorials on Friday Sept 13, Admission to Exhibits, eProceedings, Conference bag, Symposium lunches & breaks.  For information about Friday mornings tutorial, click here.  For information about Friday afternoon's tutorial, click here. 

Day Registration
Includes Technical Sessions, both half-day tutorials on Friday 9/13, if there that day, Lunches & Breaks, Admission to Exhibits for the Selected Day(s), eProceedings, Conference bag and reception on Saturday if there that day. Tickets are available for purchase for banquet on Saturday evening.

Guest Registration
People attending the conference with a Guest should remember to register them individually for banquet. 

What's not included?

Parking on Thursday and Friday at LMU
Parking at the Renaissance Hotel.  You will receive a discounted rate if staying overnight in association with the conference.  

 

Cancellation policy

A written request for cancellation must be received by 30 August 2019 (E-mail: secretary@incose-la.org)

• Members will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee.
• Non-members will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee.
• Student Non-members will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 30 August 2019 or in the case of registrant no-shows. Substitutions are allowed for no extra fee if the substitute is an INCOSE member, but will require an additional charge if he/she is not a member. Please e-mail to secretary@incose-la.org with all requests for the substitution.
