Call for Submissions / Conference Program - Call for Submissions is CLOSED. The GLRC Program Committee would like to thank those who submitted abstracts for presentations, panels, and tutorials. The peer review process is completed, and those who submitted an abstract should have been notified of acceptance on or before August 5, 2019. Presenters are preparing their talks, and session chairs and the Program Committee are preparing the Program Schedule, which will be published the week of August 26th.

The theme of this year's GLRC is "Giant Leaps With Systems Engineering." The conference program will reflect on significant accomplishments of Systems Engineering, including celebration of 
the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. Looking ahead to the next 50 years, the GLRC13 will explore the possibilities with systems engineering in meeting the challenges of today and in the future.

INCOSE's Vision 2025 describes a landscape of opportunities, challenges, and evolving approaches to engineering the world of the future— a world of “systems”. Many engineering projects represent “Giant Leaps,” requiring extraordinary vision and action leading in new directions. 

The INCOSE GLRC features important topics from critical sectors such as aerospace, agriculture, biomedical and healthcare, defense, education, energy, environmental sciences, government, information, infrastructure, safety and security, space and transportation.

When and Where — GLRC13 Host: The INCOSE Cleveland-Northern Ohio Chapter
This year's GLRC is hosted by the INCOSE Cleveland-Northern Ohio Chapter and will be held October 22-25, 2019 at the Cleveland International Conference and Exposition Center (I-X Center), conveniently located adjacent to the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and NASA's Glenn Research Center.

The 12 Chapters and INCOSE members of the INCOSE Americas Sector North (Great Lakes) Region are proud to announce that the 13th Annual International Council on System Engineering (INCOSE) Great Lakes Regional Conference (GLRC13) will be offer an expanded conference experience through co-location arrangements with the 2019 EnergyTech Conference & Expo (Oct. 21-25), and the 2019 Information Security Summit (ISS).
