ts troubled development will be explored\, with a particular focus on how
unclear\nrequirements and scope creep negatively affected this system for
several decades.\nA great movie was made about the BFV development called
&ldquo\;The Pentagon Wars&rdquo\;.\nIt&rsquo\;s a lighthearted comedy star
ring Kelsey Grammer\, but the real comedy for\nengineers will be found in
the many bad programmatic and engineering decisions\nmade\, resulting in a
BFV system vastly different than what was first proposed. If\npossible\,

Army. After leaving the service\, he\nworked in the telecommunications ind
