• Parking availability: The Rogers Centre shares a paid parking lot with the Rideau Centre shopping mall, operated by Reef Parking (Name and Lot number: Rideau Ctre Blue Garage - Lot #100004).
• Public transit options: OC Transpo, by bus or train, the nearest station is Rideau station, which is approximately 2-3 min walk to the building.

• Emergency procedures or contacts: The Emergency Response Team (ERT) is on site 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and respond to any and all emergencies.
• First aid availability: All the Guards are fully trained in level C First-Aid/CPR as well as AED defibrillators.
• Security: To call the Security team after hours outside the building, you can reach them at 613-688-8200.
• Areas of refuge: If evacuation is needed, the muster area is located across the street along the canal.
