Due to unfortunate circumstances in global postal services, delivery of INCOSE ballots to nine Region III Chapters has been delayed. Due to this delay, the INCOSE BOD extended the ballot deadline to 31 December 2007. This deadline applies to all INCOSE members. As a result, election results will be announced no later than 4 January 2008.
INCOSE encourages all members to vote in these elections, so we have been monitoring this situation closely and have developed a number of mitigation plans. If the ballots are not delivered within the next week, we will enact our plan to provide replacement ballots to the affected members.
