In December of 2008, INCOSE's certification program reached the milestone of more than 300 active world-wide Certified Systems Engineering Professionals (CSEPs).  As of 31 December 2008, there were 302 active CSEPs.  According to David Walden the Certification Program Manager, "INCOSE is excited about reaching this milestone and we expect contiued growth as the CSEP designation becomes recognized as a valuable investment for individuals and organizations and the world-wide standard for Systems Engineering professional recogniton."
